Create your first list
Creating a new list is fast and easy. Go to “My Contacts” area; click the “Create New List” button. Then enter the list name in the text field that appears and confirm by clicking save.
Add contacts to your list
There’s four ways to do this. Whichever works for you:
1. One at a time
Go to “My Contacts” area, click “Add Contact” button, select “One at a time” from the options, and enter the information manually. You can add as many rows of contacts as you need and will choose which list to add them into. Then, “agree” to the RedCappi terms for contacts and click “Save.”
2. Upload from a file
Make sure that the file is a “CSV” or “xls” file. Go to “My Contacts” area and click the “Add Contact” button. Select “Upload File” from the options, click “Choose File” and select the file you wish to upload from your computer. Once the file is selected, you can then select which list to add into. Then, “agree” to the RedCappi terms for contacts and click “Save.”
3. Copy and paste your contacts
Copy your list of contacts from any spreadsheet. Then go to “My Contacts” area, click “Add Contact” button, select “Copy & Paste” and paste your contacts in. Then, “agree” to the RedCappi terms for contacts and click “Save.”
4. Through a sign up form
You will need to first create a sign up form on RedCappi with the fields you wish for your subscribers to fill in. RedCappi will then provide you the corresponding code to paste into your website. Once a new contact fills out the form, they will then be automatically added to the appropriate list.
Create your first campaign
