How do unsubscribes work?
Whenever anyone clicks the “Unsubscribe” link in your emails, RedCappi’s automated list management system automatically removes unsubscribes for you so that you’ll always be in compliance with SPAM laws. But, sometimes people write to you instead of clicking “unsubscribe” so you’d be responsible for manually removing those.
