How do I downgrade my account?



We at RedCappi understand that sometimes you may need to downgrade your service if your email campaigns are not performing as optimally as you would like, please ask us for advice by contacting our support team via email support@redcappi.com That is why we have made it super easy to downgrade your service if you need to!

  1. First, click on Accounts at the top of the main page after logging in to RedCappi. Then click on the My Plan button in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Next, select the radio button next to the Free plan .
  3. You will be presented with a downgrade survey. We would love to hear your thoughts on why you want to downgrade, but taking the survey is not necessary to downgrade your service.
  4. Once you have completed the survey, you will be taken back to your campaigns list. Right above your campaigns, you should see a system dialogue in blue that will tell you “Your plan was downgraded to…(the name of the plan you downgraded to).” If you do not see this dialogue, please contact RedCappi support for further assistance.

How do I upgrade my account?



To upgrade at anytime, simply click on the “Upgrade Now” link.

 

 

 

Then select the tiered plan that’s right for you and complete payment.
