How do I change my footer contact information?



By law, the CAN-SPAM Act requires a valid postal address in the footer of all promotional emails. You are free to edit your contact infOrmation but cannot leave this information blank.

There are two ways to change your contact information in your footer:

1. Click on “Account” at the top of the main page.
2. Edit the appropriate address fields, then click the “Save” button when finished.
or
3. Click on “Campaigns” at the top of the main page, then click on the pencil icon next to one of your campaigns.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of your email preview in the drag & drop editor and click on the pencil icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the footer of the email.
5. Edit the appropriate address fields, then click the “Submit” button when you are done.


How do I change my footer contact information?



The CAN-SPAM Act requires that you include a valid postal address in your footer. While you may edit your contact information, you may not leave out the inclusion of a valid postal address in the footer. You may change your footer information in two ways:

1) Go to “Account”, edit your profile and save.

2) In the Email editor, you can click on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the footer, which will be visible upon mouse-over, make changes and save.
