Helpful RedCappi Hints:

  • Make sure the logo you are trying to use has the original file extension even if it has been renamed and saved.
  • For example if the image you are using has a .png extension (ex: my_logo.png) in the name, make sure the original on your computer has an identical .png extension to match as well. If they are not matching the logo will not show up in the inbox.
  • If the the name is different than the original, just rename with matching extension (.png, .jpg, etc.) and save. Then retry adding the logo on the banner.
  • In the future just make sure that all images used on the banner as logo need to be saved with original file extension like .png, .jpg, or .jpeg.
